Abstract submission Guidelines Abstracts will be reviewed and any abstract that was submitted for consideration as an oral communication, but was unsuccessful in that regard, will be considered for a flash poster presentation. Please note that the presenting author must register in full to attend and present the abstract. Template All abstracts should be submitted by filling in the abstract submission form below using our tempate. Only abstracts submitted in .docx format will be accepted. The abstract should be named as follows: NAME-FirstName-GCMC2025 Please comply to all instructions without exemption. Download the GCMC2025 abstract template... Deadline Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be submitted by 8 April 2025. Poster Information There is no poster template. The style is up to you, please be as creative as you like. Please print your poster on a single sheet of A0 size paper in portrait (vertical) orientation. The poster presentation is accompanied by a flash talk, which is a brief, focused presentation designed to convey key information in a short amount of time. Please prepare 2-3 slides for a 3-minute flash talk to attract the audience to your poster. Any questions?
